設(shè)備用途：適用于鉛銻、鉛鈣合金板柵涂填（粘性或砂性鉛膏）
Application: Used to paste the viscous or sandy paste to the Pb-Sb or Pb-Ca grids .
設(shè)備構(gòu)成：自動上板裝置、涂板主機(jī)、淋酸軋板裝置、控制系統(tǒng)、表面干燥機(jī)（可選）

性能、特點
○ 涂板機(jī)板柵采用機(jī)械自動送給，設(shè)有手動板柵寬度調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)，設(shè)有無 板柵或重疊板柵狀態(tài)時自動斷開裝置；
○ 涂膏斗有獨立的調(diào)速馬達(dá)，膏斗出口處采用反向運(yùn)動鋼輥，精確控制 涂膏量；
○ 膏斗設(shè)有可傾離開機(jī)構(gòu)，便于操作者清理和排除涂板故障；
○ 采用水平帶式連續(xù)涂填鉛膏，傳動機(jī)構(gòu)采用無級調(diào)速；
○ 設(shè)有可調(diào)整壓力的橡膠輥筒，滿足涂板后的軋板、淋水和淋酸要求；
○ 設(shè)備操作按防酸防水技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置；
Performance & Features
○ The pasting machine is mechanically auto supplied, the pasting width can be adjusted manually. The machine will stop working if no grid or overlapping is tested.
○ There is an independent motor for the paste hopper. And the supply roller runs in opposite direction to accurately control the weight of pasting.
○ The hopper can be left in tilt to facilitate the operator to observe and maintain fault.
○ The machine uses the continuous pasting belt with step less transmission .
○ The pressure of rubber roller is adjustable in order to meet the requirement of plate pressing & acid-drenching.
